Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 May 2026.These Terms govern the use of the Auto Konekt online platform, available at www.autokonekt.rs (the "Platform"), through which owners and users of motor vehicles are connected with workshops and repair professionals for the purpose of entering into agreements for the provision of automotive service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms; please review them before each use of the Platform.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Serbian and the English version, the Serbian version prevails.

2. Definitions
- Platform means the Auto Konekt website at www.autokonekt.rs and, if and when made available, the related mobile applications.
- User means a natural or legal person who uses the Platform to find a Service Provider and enter into a Service contract.
- Consumer means a User who is a natural person acquiring the Service for purposes outside of a trade, business, craft or profession.
- Service Provider means a legal entity or sole trader registered for the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, who offers services through the Platform.
- Connection Service means the service Auto Konekt provides to the User and the Service Provider, consisting of intermediation, presentation of offers, scheduling and payment processing where applicable.
- Service means the maintenance, repair, diagnostics, installation of parts or related work performed on the User's motor vehicle by the Service Provider.
3. Role of the platform
Auto Konekt provides the Connection Service. Auto Konekt is not the provider of the Service and is not liable for the professional execution, quality, warranty or outcome of the Service. The contract for the Service is entered into directly between the User and the Service Provider. Auto Konekt acts solely as an intermediary and, where applicable, as the recipient of payment in the name and for the account of the Service Provider.
4. Conclusion of the service contract
Through the Platform, the User selects a Service Provider and a Service, submits a request, and — upon the Service Provider's acceptance — concludes a contract for the Service directly with the Service Provider. The price of the Service is set by the Service Provider. Auto Konekt displays the price based on data provided by the Service Provider; the price may be fixed or indicative, as marked alongside the offer.
Before order confirmation, the User is unambiguously presented with: a description of the Service, the total price (including VAT where the Service Provider is a VAT registrant), any separately calculated Connection Service fee, and the Service Provider's details. By pressing the order confirmation button, the User assumes the obligation to pay in accordance with the chosen payment method.
5. Payment methods
The User may pay for the Service:
In cash, directly to the Service Provider, at the time of or after the Service is performed, in accordance with the Service Provider's policies. In this case, Auto Konekt is not involved in the payment.
By payment card through the Platform (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dinacard). In this case, Auto Konekt collects the payment solely in the name and for the account of the Service Provider, acting as the Service Provider's collection agent. Funds paid by card are forwarded by Auto Konekt to the Service Provider, less any agreed Connection Service fee. When proceeding to payment, the User is redirected to the secure page of the card acquirer, where the card details are entered. Throughout the process, card data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not accessible to Auto Konekt or to the Service Provider.
The fiscal receipt for the Service is issued by the Service Provider as the provider of the Service and the taxpayer of record, in accordance with Serbian regulations.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If the Service has not been performed, has been performed only in part, or the User is otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law, refunds of card payments are made exclusively through the same payment method used for the original transaction, by returning funds to the User's card. The refund is executed by the acquiring bank upon Auto Konekt's instruction, in the name and for the account of the Service Provider. The amount of the refund is determined under applicable law and the contract between the User and the Service Provider.
7. Right of withdrawal and consumer's express consent
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason. A detailed description of the right and the procedure is provided in the Right of Withdrawal document.
Given the nature of the Service, which by its nature requires immediate commencement (the vehicle needs repair or inspection, and the booked appointment is performed within a short timeframe agreed with the Service Provider), by accepting these Terms the Consumer expressly declares that the Consumer:
- requests that the performance of the Service begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- acknowledges and agrees that, once the Service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost, in accordance with Article 37(1) of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.
This declaration applies to each individual Service ordered through the Platform for as long as these Terms are accepted and in force.
If the Consumer submits a withdrawal notice before the Service is performed, the Service will not be carried out, and the refund will be issued in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms. If, at the time of withdrawal, the Service has already been partly performed, the Consumer owes a proportionate amount for the part performed.
8. User obligations
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate and complete information at registration and at each order;
- not use the personal data, identity or payment card of another person without authorisation;
- collect the vehicle on time and settle obligations to the Service Provider within the agreed deadline;
- not use offensive, discriminatory or unlawful language when communicating with the Service Provider, other users, or Auto Konekt;
- not use the Platform in any way that could compromise its operation, data security or the rights of others.
Auto Konekt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access for any User who breaches these Terms or harms other users or the Platform.
9. Auto Konekt's liability
Auto Konekt is responsible for the availability and proper functioning of the Platform with the diligence of a professional, and for the correct handling of funds it receives in the name and for the account of the Service Provider. Auto Konekt is not liable for:
- the quality, timeliness, scope or outcome of the Service;
- any warranty for work performed or parts installed (warranty is provided by the Service Provider);
- damage caused to the vehicle during or in connection with the Service;
- the accuracy and completeness of information published by the Service Providers about themselves and their offers, except to the extent required by Auto Konekt's statutory duty of care;
- interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure, third-party failures (hosting, telecommunications, acquiring banks) or necessary maintenance.
10. Complaints
User complaints are routed by subject matter:
- Complaints about the Service (quality of work, parts installed, warranty for work or parts, calculation of the Service price) are addressed directly to the Service Provider, who is the provider of the Service and the issuer of the fiscal receipt. At the User's request, Auto Konekt may help establish communication with the Service Provider.
- Complaints about the Connection Service (operation of the Platform, processing of payments made through the Platform, intermediation, scheduling) are addressed to Auto Konekt, at [EMAIL] or at the registered seat in Section 1.
Auto Konekt will confirm receipt of a complaint in writing (by e-mail) and respond within the statutory time limit.
11. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
A Consumer has the right to resolve disputes with Auto Konekt through out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, before a body listed by the ministry responsible for consumer protection (list available at vrp.mtt.gov.rs). The procedure may be initiated only after the Consumer has submitted a complaint to Auto Konekt and has not received a satisfactory response, or has not received a response within the statutory time limit. The procedure may last no longer than 90 days from the date of the proposal. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Auto Konekt is required to participate in such procedure.
12. Reviews and comments
Users may leave ratings and reviews on the Platform regarding Service Providers and the Services received. Auto Konekt reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, content containing offensive language, profanity, discriminatory expressions, threats, political or religious commentary, content inciting unlawful actions, personal contact information, or links to other websites.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and databases, is the intellectual property of Auto Konekt or its licensors, and is protected under copyright, related rights and trademark law. Use of the content beyond the purpose for which the Platform is intended is not permitted without Auto Konekt's prior written consent.
14. Changes to the terms
Auto Konekt reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Platform. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the document. The Terms in force at the time the order is confirmed apply to that order.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The court at the seat of Auto Konekt has jurisdiction, except where mandatory rules grant jurisdiction to a different court for the benefit of a Consumer.
