Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly, in a few steps:

1. Sign in to your account in the mobile application or at www.autokonekt.rs.
2. Open My Account → Personal Data.
3. Select "Delete account" and confirm your decision.

Once confirmed, the account is immediately disabled — you will be signed out on all devices and signing in again will no longer be possible.

You can also request account deletion by sending an e-mail to office@autokonekt.rs from the e-mail address registered on the account, with the subject "Account deletion". We act on such requests without undue delay, and no later than within 30 days.

Deleting the account permanently removes:

• profile data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, address, legal-entity details;
• saved vehicles;
• device identifiers used for push notifications;
• pending enquiries and saved reservation drafts;
• the link to your Google or Apple sign-in account.

Exceptionally, data we are required to retain under specific regulations (records of completed reservations and transactions — accounting and tax rules, up to 10 years) is kept in a form from which your personal data has been removed, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible — the account and its data cannot be restored.
• Upcoming (unfulfilled) reservations will be cancelled, and the selected service provider will be notified.
• Service history, reviews, and saved vehicles will no longer be available.
• If you wish to use the Platform again, you can create a new account at any time.
